Language course for the Olive Harvest: 28.10. - 02.11.2012

In the mornings (9 a.m. – 1.10 p.m.) we will undertake linguistic trips around the topic of olive oil. For example, we will work on the key information and vocabulary relating to the olive harvest and olive oil-production.
On one afternoon from about 1.30 p.m. you will be involved in the olive harvest and you can also ask questions.

In addition, you will find out all about the area, its picturesque villages and the local specialities. On two afternoons the program includes excursions for you to explore the beautiful surroundings.

One afternoon will feature a visit to a frantoio, an oil mill, so that you will be able to follow the complete process from the harvest through to the pressing and the finished product. Wine and oil tastings with or without food can be arranged.

Cost of course: 270,- Euro per week.
