Terms and Conditions
Please note that once your registration has been accepted by Lingua Toscana, the
following terms and conditions apply.
Please complete the registration form carefully and return it to us. This will guarantee
you a provisional place in the course. As a rule you will receive a provisional
confirmation within 24 hours. Once you have received the provisional confirmation
you can confirm the registration by paying a deposit.
On receipt of the signed registration form, the signed Tems and Conditions and
confirmation that the deposit has been paid, we will issue final written confirmation.
Documents may be faxed to xxxx or posted to XXXX. Registrations without a deposit
can not be accepted.
Deposit
The deposit is 80 Euros (30% of the course fee) and should be transferred to the
following account:

Remaining Course Fee
The remainder of the course fee must be paid in full on the first day of the course.
Cancellation Charges
Cancellations must be made in writing before the course begins. Cancellation
charges are as follows:
• Cancellation up to 4 weeks before the start of the course: administration fee of
35 Euros
• Cancellation between 4 and 2 weeks before before the start of the course:
deposit forfeit
• Cancellation less than 2 weeks before the start of the course: 70% of course
fee payable
• Failure to show with no notice given: full course fee payable.
There is no refund for late arrival or early departure on the part of the student.
Cancellation fees will be waived if the person cancelling nominates a replacement
student.
Cancellation of Courses
We reserve the right to cancel courses which fail to reach the minimum number of
participants. Payments will be refunded.
Insurance
Please note that we provide language courses only; course participants are
responsible for their own travel and accommodation. We can not be held responsible
for belongings which are lost in the classrooms. Course participants are not covered
against loss or damage to persons or property. We recommend participants to take
out illness and accident insurance in their home country. We also recommend
participants to insure themselves against the possible forfeit of course fees as a
result of forced cancellation or early departure.
