You can reach Florence or Pisa from anywhere in Central or Northern Europe.

From Florence, you can either go direct using the regional train to Grosseto via Pisa, alighting in Campiglia Stazione, or you can change trains in Pisa .

From Genoa, you can sometimes go direct to Campiglia Marittima via la Spezia-Pisa, sometimes you need to change trains in Pisa and finish the journey to Campiglia by regional train.
