Via Pisa
The best way to reach Suvereto is from Pisa airport, about 90 km north.
There are bus and rail transfers from the airport to the main station (Pisa Centrale); the taxi-ride is also good value (under 10 Euros). It is an easy trip from Pisa Centrale to Campiglia Marittima.
Via Florence
You can also fly into Florence, 170 km north. There are bus and taxi services to Florence main station (Firenze Santa Maria Novella). From there you travel to Pisa and on to Campiglia.
Via Rome
Alternatively you can fly into Roma-Fiumicino, (220 km south). From Fiumicino there is a direct connection every 20 minutes to Roma (Termini, Ostiense,Trastevere). From there you take the train to Campiglia Marittima (mostly direct connections).
Transfer from Campiglia Stazione!
There are daytime bus connections from Campiglia to Suvereto, but they
may involve a longer wait. We are happy to collect course participants
travelling by train or plane from Campiglia Stazione – advance notice
required!
